mixed feelings about this stay
faulty air conditioning useless fan
the location was indeed central and easy to reach many attractions on foot that was acceptable
the air conditioning was not working properly it was either too hot or too cold i had trouble sleeping the extractor fan in the bathroom seemed useless the room became humid after a shower

My recent visit was AMAZING! I found every detail a testament to luxury and perfect hospitality. The staff were very professional and helpful. I particularly appreciated the attentiveness to our needs.
My room faced a narrow street, and tourist noise at night was disruptive. Even with double-glazed windows, the sound carried into the room. It was a challenge to get a quiet night's sleep.

The hotel location is unbeatable! I could walk easily to landmarks. It was situated very close to the most iconic and visited landmarks of the city, and I never had to get on public transportation.

great water pressure elegant lobby amazing sheets
i enjoyed my stay. the sheets felt amazing and the shower had great water pressure. i also enjoyed a mojito in the elegant lobby bar.
i thought the concierge requiring cash for museum tickets with an added handling fee was inconvenient.

I found the staff quite friendly and ready to assist. The breakfast included many options, like fresh pastries. My room had great air conditioning and was very clean. Concierge provided help with directions.
The hotel bar looks uninviting and wasn't busy, so I chose to have drinks elsewhere.
